At Melville Heights, two levels of care are offered: Independent Living and Assisted Living.
For Independent Living, the following services are included in the monthly fee, which range from $3000/month to $4100/month for a single person.

- 24/7 Support staff
- Two meals (lunch and dinner) and two snacks per day
- Parking for residents and visitors

- Maintenance Services
- Daily Activities
Assisted Living is available for those who are still independent, but require some assistance with daily tasks. The monthly cost for Assisted Living is $4000 per month for a single person (Double/Couples Suites available).
- 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and two snacks per day
- Up to 1.5 hours of personal care per day
- 24/7 Support staff
- Medication Management
- Daily Housekeeping (bathroom, living space, and light dusting)
- Personal Laundry
- Weekly linen changes

Dining Services
We pride ourselves on serving well-balanced, nutritional meals that are prepared in-house by our culinary team.
In the morning and afternoon we offer tea, coffee, and a selection of baked goods. Lunch is served from 12 pm to 1:30 pm and a three course evening meal from 5 pm to 7 pm.
